Our beautifully decorated villa is maintained to the highest standards, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as ours. Drawing from our experiences renting vacation homes, we have worked diligently to make your experience—from booking to departure—genuinely exceptional.

Located in the gated community of Tuscan Hills, this intimate residential development on US 27 in Davenport offers convenient access to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, with just a 15-minute drive to Walt Disney World! What more could you ask for than a fantastic location, a safe community, and a fabulous, fully-equipped villa?

Our home features three ensuite bedrooms:
- a King Master bedroom with a full bath,
- a Queen Master bedroom with a full bath,
- and a Double bedroom with an ensuite bath.
- Additionally, there’s a Twin Bedroom and a Study/Den with a sofa bed, all equipped with TVs and cable.

The large open-plan dining and living area opens to the screened south-facing lanai, pool, and hot tub. The air-conditioned games room includes billiard and ping pong tables, tennis racquets, and pedal bikes.

This truly is your home away from home! We have considered every detail to ensure your family’s vacation is relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. Our kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances you'd find at home: a full-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric mixer, and electric can opener. We also provide a complete set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware to make every meal as enjoyable as home!

Pack light and take advantage of our laundry room, which has a full-sized washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. You’ll also find hairdryers in every bathroom, so there’s no need to pack one.

The Study/Den is equipped with a work desk, chair, printer, and free Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected to work.

We cater to our youngest guests by providing a crib, a travel pack ‘n’ play/playpen, a high chair, two lightweight strollers, and a toddler booster seat. For their safety, a protective mesh pool fence serves as a barrier to the pool. We also have plenty of toys and books to entertain them all day.

Wonderful place!

Our family loved our stay. Had everything we needed. My boys enjoyed the game room and pool. Near many restaurants. Was able to get to Universal in about 35 minutes some days with traffic it took around 50 minutes.

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable

The property was clean and very comfortable. It was convenient to Disney and Universal Studios, as well as grocery shopping and restaurants. We appreciated the handheld showerheads. Our vacation was busy so we did not make use of the pool, but hope to next time. The owner responded to an email quickly. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. We were very pleased with our stay.

Almost perfect getaway!

This property is great and exactly as the listing explained. Outside of some communication issues at the start of our visit, the only issue we had was the neighbors behind the house for a few days during the holiday. The communication issues were resolved prior to our arrival but we had not received arrival instructions until after reaching out to the owner. Which took two emails and a phone call. Overall, the process was just a bit of panic on not being able to get into the community and house. This was resolved and we had no other issues with the house. As for the neighbors behind the property, we are just assuming this was due to the time of our stay. For 3 nights, the houses behind this rental had parties and were extremely loud and partied through to the early morning hours. It was a bit of an annoyance, but it was the New Year holiday. The houses were not part of the community this rental was in so we figured there was nothing we could do. Luckily, the house did muffle most of the noise. I would definitely rent this property again during a future visit.

Wonderful home

We had a great stay in this home. Every bedroom was beautiful, perfect sizes. Bathrooms were clean and we especially loved the huge bathroom that was off the king size bedroom. There were board games in the entertainment center, the garage had a pool table and a ping pong table along with high chairs, bikes and two large bins of toys that our 2 yr old grandson loved playing with, A great touch to the home, keeping the little ones happy and occupied when we weren't swimming in the pool. The kitchen had every piece of equipment we could have needed, plenty of pans to cook in! The neighborhood was cute, very quiet and well maintained. If there was anything that we could say was a slight negative thing it would be that the driveway was a little tight for two cars. We would definitely recommend staying in Maria's beautiful home.

Perfect stay for golf trip

Nice quiet property near restaurants and golf courses with plenty of amenities nearby. The pool and hot tub were great for a dip after a round of golf (10 rounds in 9 days!). The kitchen was well appointed and the owner and property management were attentive, though only really needed once. We were very pleased with our rooms, and ensuites on each room. The instructions for the home were very clear and easy to follow. Finally: We would book this property again in a minute to explore all the golf courses in the area. Thank you Maria!

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE COMFORT OF FAMILY

We stayed from April 18 thru 23, 2024. Our family had an amazing time. The neighborhood and neighbors were very friendly. As soon as you open the door it felt like home. Everything was right at you finger tips. No need to go out to shop for extras. Its a wonderful vacation home for families. Very clean and spacious. We were celebrating our grandson turning 5 years old by taking him to Disney. He loved his room with all the extras kid friendly toys in the room. The home was furnished with lots of extras such as books. The office space had everything you needed.They provided games, strollers, stuffed toys, bikes and the game room had adult options, too. The pool was screened for privacy; everyone loved it! We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was the perfect vacation home and area. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Everyone in our family loved their own bedrooms with bath in each room.The closets had everything you needed. The whole house in every room has amenities that were useful especially the kitchen. Management was on top of things as far as communication and recieving everything ahead of time. Value price for our stay and well worth it. The nights were so peaceful and quiet and in the morning we all were refreshed to go out and enjoy our outings around Disney. Our family had such an amazing experience that we have told our family and friends about this vacation home. It was beautiful and we had a fantastic stay - The Johnsons

We made so many memories at the parks as well as at the home. We played games, spent time in the pool, and had wonderful meals together. There was enough room for privacy when you needed it and room for all nine of us to spend time together.

Great for families

Very nice place to stay. Has lots of extras for kids, including strollers, potty seats, games, stuffed toys and books. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Great neighborhood, close to everything needed. Privacy screen helps a lot. There is a new development done right behind and it is lots of rentals (you can’t see on the map yet or in the listing). If you go to sleep early as we do, get ready for some noise until late. We liked queen master better as the bed is harder. King bed is great for someone who likes soft beds (we don’t), it feels like a cloud. It was a great stay.

Beautiful villa

Maria, staying at your beautiful home, definitely felt like a home away from home. Quite neighborhood & comfortable for the 7 of us. My family and I had an amazing time staying at your home. The home looked just like the pictures online , the pool, hot tub , and playroom with bikes , pool table was a plus during our stay kids enjoyed every bit of our stay. Everyone had there own bathroom and two that walk right out to the pool area! Maria Also provided plenty of dishes and pots and pan for those that like to cook. There was also a few ingredients that were left there, for those that I needed to use it too. The temperature for the pool was prefect! we had guys come clean the pool twice which was great and very nice! All Disney parks are about 20-22 mins away with traffic.. shopping area close by 5-12 mins away! I will definitely love to stay at Maria home again! Very little issues like, dust around lamps and eating area. But overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely book again for future vacation! Thank you Maria letting us check in early and check out later due to flight delays and allowing us to have a great experience in your home.

Immaculate place with all of the comforts of home

We stayed here for a trip to visit the Disney parks. It was the first time we stayed off property and were very happy with this alternative. The home is extremely clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay and plenty of room for our family of 6. Location was great with a quick 25 minute drive to Disney parks and a Publix shopping center right outside the subdivision. Kids loved the pool. The house does have a hot tub and pool/hot tub heat but the heater was apparently not working and maintenance was unable to fix while we were there. The owner graciously provided a small refund for this inconvenience though. After re-reading the contract, it does look like the hot tub temperature is only 86 which to me does not constitute it being a "hot tub". Overall, we really enjoyed this home.
