Resort includes secure 24/7 guarded gate, Long size pool, hot tub, splash pad, fitness center, tennis court, internet café, movie theater, convenience store and more. 3rd floor condo so no noisy neighbors above you ! (no elevator)

There is a master suite with a King size bed, a Queen bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk bed and trundle . Brand new mattresses for all beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware. Bathroom vanities and other upgrades have also been added. There is also a brand new washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The host is very attentive and responds quickly. I have to share an honest moment. When we 1st checked in the place was not clean. I was very upset. I reached out to the host they apologized and had someone come right away and clean the unit. They also issued me a small credit. Things happen and I understand that, so Iappreciated the way it was handled after I reached out. The unit is as described and in a gated community.

The premises were very clean on arrival.  The bed in the master bedroom was very, very comfortable.   I often have issues sleeping in hotel and guesthouse beds but this was perfect.  The view from the balcony should be highlighted.  You look over a canopy of trees.  Very beautiful and peaceful.   A delightful surprise.   The staff in the clubhouse were very pleasant and the facilities in there were very good.  It really is only 15 minutes from Disney if the traffic lights are in your favour.  An ideal base.  Only negatives are it is very echoey and cold looking.   A couple of rugs/soft furnishings and a splash of colour wouldn't go a miss.   When watching the TV (even on low) it can be heard in the bedrooms very clearly. Having said that it was perfect for the two of us and we would stay again.

Excellent property with good amenities extra benefit is the balcony gets the sun on it late afternoon/evening. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Four Corners/Kissimmee area.Close to shops and the parks. We will certainly be coming back to stay.

Beautiful property. Clean stay. Only stayed 4 days and had to wash towels for reuse. Not a problem, just prefer not to do laundry on vacation. If we brought the kids we wouldn’t have had enough towels. One roll of toilet paper is definitely not enough for 4 days though. Overall 5 star rating. Will definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. The place was very clean. The condo had all the basic necessities like soap, dish, bath soap, dishwashing soap, trash bags, and coffee. The neighborhood was quite as well. it was nice. and the unit was not far from downtown Orlando close to Disney World and not too far from Universal Studios.

Very nice condo inside a gated community. Spacious bedrooms, livingroom/dining room area with a kitchenette. Easily fit my family of five very comfortably. 15 minutes from disney. 5 minutes from walmart. I thought the thermostat not being allowed under 72 degrees was going to be an issue because my wife and I run very hot and like the thermostat at least 68 or lower but it seemed to stay very cool. Which was surprising given the 95 degree weather all week. Overall the stay was super comfortable with a tv in each room two bathrooms and plenty of space. I would 100% rent this room again and suggest it for anyone looking for an orlando/disney vacation.

Perfect vacation condo

We stayed here during my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The traffic was busier then we thought but yet I have no regrets. So nice and clean with comfortable beds. The grounds were amazing with a lovely pool and arcade for the kids. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing property! Close to Disney. A little further from Universal. New fridge, 3 rooms, plenty of space! 2 rooms with 1 bed, 1 room with bunk beds and a trundle bed, pullout couch in living room. 3rd floor with no elevator, FYI. It didn't bother us, but it's nice to know. Free movie theatre on site and very warm community pool. We enjoyed our stay very much.
