Let’s start by saying the room and beds were not clean, I asked for another room and also asked front desk does the staff change all sheets on the bed and was advised yes and I stated that could not be true if my 1st room is dirty and filthy with crumbs and hair in the bed and on the floor and sink fill with hair like someone just washed there hair in the sink and walls with hair on it and at this point she offered another room. I went to check the next room THOSE BEDS WERE DIRTY with stains as well under the brown covers and mattress covers plus hair all in the beds and bathroom was dirty as well as tub and counters.. back to the desk I go to complain and finally the 3rd room was clean. To be visiting for the first time it was poor services. The property did not have a swimming pool, no ice vending machines, no complimentary breakfast, you only get 2 towels and rags per room. You do not have any extra toiletries as well as ONE roll of tissue in the bathroom. The hotel gives off extended stay vibes. Last but not least once I arrived at the hotel I was informed I had to pay a $100 deposit effective that day ALTHOUGH I booked my room a week or so prior and the website does not state anything about this deposit so I was a little irritated with that and the fact they had hand typed papers around the hotel about that but not on the website during the booking process. I will not be revisiting this hotel. I will stick to my Hilton and Marriott club where it’s comfortable and clean.
