Hotel was fine. Car park was quite a walk so not ideal with 2 large suitcases. Lifts were tiny and couldn’t fit 2 adults, 2 children and suitcases in so that was a bit of a pain late at night when we checked in. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and couldn’t get a hot drink anywhere when we arrived at 9pm.

Very close walking distance to the cathedral. Parking was nearby in a public lot. Very helpful staff, clean hotel would stay there again.

Very outdated hotel, lobby smells like smoke, bathroom old and invested with cockroaches, breakfast if you do make use of it is not worth it, rather go out for breakfast.

Great for a stopover
Close to centre of Orleans (10 minute walk) with really secure underground parking, though it did cost 15 Euro for the night. Staff are really friendly and spoke good English - even pointing out good places to eat. The room was clean enough, and comfortable enough - not quite boutique hotel but good enough - we would return to this hotel if passing through again.

This was the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in France. Spacious rooms, free parking and delicious breakfast.

Great place for a weekend city break
Very central hotel, very close to the shops and restaurants of the old town. Parking is a little complicated (need to check in before getting the car off the street), but not unduly so. Staff very friendly, when they are at their station (Reception doesn't seem to be their normal abode).

Friendly welcome with helpful advice for exploring Orleans. Secure underground parking. Cheap family room for 5 people with nice clean shower room. Adequate for one night stay but would benefit from updating .
