The pool area was very nice and had good quality furniture. The bathroom in the room was clean. The shower was scalding hot. The room itself was clean but very dated. Nothing in the room was nice. The room smelled wet/bad. There was a dehumidifier that filled up within 8 hrs and helped with damp smell, but wasn’t enough to take it away. The beach chairs that we were told would be available should have been in the garbage and were unusable. A few boys in spring break might like this place but no one else.

view was good but room was size of a half room, murphy bed took up whole room. tiles on shower were rotted off the wall, beach towels were stained, faded, and looked like rags, beach chairs they let you borrow were rusty and broke. had to by batteries for t.v. remotes. what a rip off, never again. instructions said take your own garbage out, but there was a tip envelope, never saw a worker, not 1.

The room was clean. Bring your own pillows as they are not supplied. Thankfully we had ours. Location is convenient and it was pretty quiet. Will stay here again on our next trip.

I want to start with the positive. The room was clean and stocked with dishes for our stay. The view from the balcony was spectacular. There is a lot of things to do in the area. Now the not so good. The bed was terrible. The couch is in need of replacement. We had to hunt down housekeeping if we needed anything. The heat,a/c unit is extremely noisy at times.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. First of all, it was not the same apartment shown in the pictures. I booked the apartment for the beach view and the nice balcony, but they gave us one with no view at all. There was also a proper bedroom shown in the pictures, but in this apartment the bed was literally inside a drawer. The pictures showed a big modern TV, but the one we found was the oldest TV ever. The bathroom was very old, and we could barely flush. We also had a major problem with the door — we couldn’t even take the key out because the handle was extremely old and stuck. We tried calling for help, but no one answered. We sent emails and called more than 20 times, and still no response. We had to sleep with the key stuck in the door, waiting for anyone to come, but nobody ever did. If you have any problem, no one will respond.

The staff, Dante, was very helpful and great. The room was too small, we had to walk sideways to get around the bed once the bed was down, the door lock and the lockbox was very hard to get into, the elevator scared us to death that we were trapped every time we went down to the first floor from the 4th. Going up was good. It was scary for sure!

Room was nice and comfy with great views of the beach. Very convenient location. We will definitely book again, when visiting Daytona!

We liked the property's location and views of the beach and ocean. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing we would have liked and this may come down to personal preference is better pillows. the pillows were thin and offered no head support or comfort. So new and better pillows we felt were needed other than that it was great!
