The OLEANDRO apartment in Villa Pineta has an independent entrance, and is immersed in the green of the pine trees and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. In direct contact with nature you can benefit from the wonderful sea breeze and the lush pine forest made up of the Mediterranean scrub and numerous dwarf palms.
The beach a few meters from the villa is made up of fine white sand and rocks. The OLEANDRO apartment (sleeps 4) is located on the side of the villa, with independent access and consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen, all the rooms overlook a large veranda. In the garden for the exclusive use of guests there is an outdoor shower and barbecue.
CALA LIBEROTTO (FRACTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF OROSEI) is a seaside resort well served by commercial and tourist services, sports facilities, and swimming pools, restaurants and hotels. It is located on the east coast of Sardinia, 75 km from Olbia.
You arrive by taking the state road 131 from Olbia to the junction for Siniscola, from here take the provincial road 125 to get to CALA LIBEROTTO SOS ALINOS in via LUNGOMARE 62.
In CALA LIBEROTTO there are numerous places of naturalistic interest such as BIDDEROSA (Mediterranean scrub and pond), CALA GINEPRO (Mediterranean scrub, pine forest and beaches), SA CURCURICA (Mediterranean scrub and beaches). SA MATTANOSA (Mediterranean scrub, pine forest and beaches)

The apartment is carefully furnished and equipped with many comforts:
Washing machine- hairdryer - iron and ironing board - microwave oven - toaster - electric teapot - television - linen (sheets and towels) but no change.

Abbiamo giĂ  conosciuto quella bellissima spiaggia e l' abbiamo scelto l'appartamento per la vicinanza. Non era chiara che l'appartamento era al primo piano e che il balcone si affacciava la strada questo era una sorpresa ma per il resto tutto bene. Angela Ăš stata gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und alles war blitzsauber und perfekt vorbereitet.Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und die direkte StrandnĂ€he.Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zur Detail eingerichtet, bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Sowohl bei der Anreise als auch bei der Abreise ist man uns sofort entgegengekommen. Da unser FĂ€hre erst am Abend war, durften wir bis zum Nachmittag in der Wohnung bleiben. Alles in allem also ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Top Lage aber Klima kostet 100€ pro Woche extra

Die Lage ist toll mit direkter Lage zum Strand. Die Wohnung an sich hat alles was eine Ferienwohnung haben sollte. Ein Sofa wĂ€re noch nett da die KĂŒchenstĂŒhle doch auf Dauer etwas unbequem sind. Negativ war allerdings, dass die in der Anzeige angegebene Klimaanlage pro Woche noch einmal 100€ gekostet hat. Das war fĂŒr uns bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich und wurde vier Wochen vor Anreise erst kommuniziert. Eine Klimaanlage im August sollte definitiv im regulĂ€ren Preis mit einkalkuliert sein und nicht extra berechnet werden.

Wonderful Apartment in Cala Liberotto

Our plane was delayed many Hours because of weather so we didn’t arrive until quite late but we were greeted kindly and everything worked out great. We loved our stay here, very efficient has everything that one would need. Plus have the beautiful beaches of Cala Liberotto right behind the house was amazing. Communication and information was promptly provided and available.Would definitely recommend, and we hope to be back again soon!

Lovely appartement directly at the beach

Very clean and well equipped appartement ( thanks god for the AC - we had 40° in the shade almost every day, well invested 100.- extra cost), thanks to Giuseppe an Andriana for immediately taking care of a small problem with the dishwasher - a part of the garden would have made it even more perfect, but we knew in advance that it belonged to the bigger appartement in the front.... Anyway the beach is only a few steps away, so it didn't really matter ;-) Adriana an Giuseppe gave us the possibility for a late checkout, which made it a lot easier to spend the day before we took the ferry back! All in all we had a lovely vacation! We'll be back soon!

Rundum zufrieden

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Es gab sogar Sonnenschirme und Spielzeug fĂŒr den Strand. Es ist gemĂŒtlich und sehr sauber. Adriana war schon vor unserer Ankunft eine große Hilfe bei der KlĂ€rung von Fragen wegen einer Allergie unseres Sohnes. Bei der Anreise hat uns Guiseppe alles wunderbar erklĂ€rt und war uns ein freundlicher und entgegenkommender Ansprechpartner. Auch bei der Abreise ist man uns sofort entgegengekommen. Da unser RĂŒckflug erst am Abend war, durften wir bis zum Mittag in der Wohnung bleiben. Alles in allem also ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

sehr schön gelegenes Appartement

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub, bei tollem Strand und kristallklarem Wasser. Die Bucht vor dem Haus ist ideal, nicht zu voll und nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das Appartement ist sauber, ausreichend groß und der Balkon (zwar ohne Meerblick, aber trotz StraßennĂ€he ruhig) prima zum morgens frĂŒhstĂŒcken. Im Außenbereich kann man sehr gut abends grillen. Check in war unkompliziert, am Tag der Abreise wĂ€ren wir gern noch lĂ€nger geblieben wegen der FĂ€hre (war aber auch kein Problem, da wir den Außenbereich noch nutzen durften). Insgesamt ein traumhafter Urlaub! Der Kontakt mit Adriana war unkompliziert und sehr nett.

Nice stay, great location, some details not perfect

Nice apartment in the upper floor on the "back side" of the house (facing the garden and the street, which is very quiet). No sea view at all from the apartment, but the beach is only 50 m from the door of the apartment. The back part of the garden is inaccessible from this apartment and the garden towards the beach more or less belongs to the other, bigger apartment which covers both floors on the front side of the house. But the Oleandro apartment has its own door in the fence on the side of the property (from where you get to the beach) and a private area with a stone bench/table and a barbecue fireplace. The beach is small but quiet, mostly frequented by people from the surrounding houses. The sand is very coarse. Beach and water were very clean when we were there (e.g. no seaweed like on other nearby beaches). A larger beach with infrastructure (bar, volleyball, sunbeds) and finer sand is 250 m south. Restaurants+bars are 300-400 m to the south, the pizzeria of Sa Prama camping 500 m north. Two good supermarkets are 1,5 km landward on the main road. The immediate surroundings are very quiet, with similar holiday houses all around and a larger unfinished building across the street. The car has to be parked outside the property (except for loading/unloading), but there is parking space in front of the gate. We chose the location because it is far from the ponds/"stagnos" which serve as breeding space for mosquitos. But unfortunately there is a wet area with creek right next to the house, so there was a fair share of biting insects in the evening. All windows have insect screens, though, so they can be kept open. Sitting outside with no repellent around sunset would not be fun though, and the way to the beach along the creek had mosquitos most of the time. The oven is the size of a microwave. Should be enough for a pizza, but check first before preparing bigger things. Maybe you will not find all kitchen equipment you expect from home; we bought a wire whisk and luckily had our own lighter, as the one provided was empty. Parasol+ beach toys are provided. There are occasional temporary water pressure issues, up to no water at all, apparently when people in the other apartment are using the water as well and e.g. taking a shower. Gets better after few minutes. Nice and very responsive contact to the owner! We were allowed to check in early and check out late because there were no adjacent bookings. Very uncomplicated check-in and check-out.

Traumhafte Lage

Wunderbare Lage, direkt am traumhaften Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser. FamiliÀrer Strand, nicht zu stark touristisch. Sandstrand und Felsen, ideal zum Schnorcheln. Ideal der Schatten durch die BÀume am Strand. Wohnung sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, Klimaanlage sehr wichtig im Hochsommer. Einziger Nachteil war ein Bewohner, der den ganzen Tag die Wohnung beobachtet hat.
