Sehr zentral gelegen. Garten mit Pergola, Grill und Tessiner Granittisch. Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Elektrische Heizung vorhanden.



Raumaufteilung: Casa Baciocca hat 2 Etagen - Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit einer Schlafcouch für 2 Personen (mit Türen zum Balkon) und eine kleine Küche. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken, und es gibt auch eine kleine separate Toilette.



In der unteren Etage gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 zusammengestellten Einzelbetten und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette.
