The apartment in Warnemünde is located in a house in a prime location - right in the first row on the Old River - overlooking the harbor entrance and the Baltic Sea. The wide Baltic beach and the Baltic Sea Promenade with Teepot, Hotel Neptun and lighthouse are just 80 meters away. The popular boulevard Alter Strom is right on the doorstep. There are numerous shops, restaurants and cozy pubs. invites marvel to stroll, shop or ships. The harbor tours start here. And not only the Hanse Sail you have a unique view of sailboats, cruise ships and partly to the open sea. The simply furnished apartments located in Warnemünde are designed for up to 6 people and have 1- 2 bedrooms and Living areas with a double bed and a sofa bed, pantry kitchen, TV, CD radio and bathrooms with showers. Sehr schmutzig
Leider war die Wohnung sehr schmutzig und herunter gekommen. Müll war nicht weggebracht, Altglas und Zigarettenkippen nicht weggebracht. Das einzig akzeptable Doppelbett befindet sich im Wohnzimmer und in der offenen Küche. Lediglich die Terrasse und der Blick und die Lage ist sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist das aller letzte. Dreckig überall, Toilette und vieles andere kaputt. Die tolle Lage macht das in keinster Weise weg.

Sehr dreckig die wohnung . Mussten selber sauber machen bei Ankunft. Bettwasche dreckig .
Ich werde sie wohnung nicht nochmal buchen. So eine dreckige wohnung auf zufind für das geld ist traurig. Bin bestimmt zweimal im.jahr da aber so was geht nicht und wenn man anruft da es sagt bekommt man nur gesagt es kommt einer zum sauber machen . Aber nichts ist passiert.

Eine Frechheit so etwas zu vermieten. Stark renovierungsbedürftig und sehr dreckig. Das kann auch die tolle Lage nicht herausreißen. Nie wieder.

Unglaublich das so etwas vermietet wird.....
Sehr dreckig und sehr runtergekommen . Wir waren schon sehr oft in Warnemünde aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt... kaputte Möbel , abgesägte Betten die Küche fällt auseinander der Fußboden kaputt und dann noch nasse Handtücher..... ich würde gerne null Sterne geben, das geht leider nicht....

Wir waren vom Zustand sehr enttäuscht
Die Wohnung hat den Charme einer Jugendherrberge. Ist nur über eine steile Treppe und einem schmalen Gang erreichbar. Das müsste beim Angebot erwähnt werden. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Spinnweben und Dreckecken.Die Küchenecke ist derart schmutzig und eng, das überhaupt kein kochen möglich gewesen wäre, ohne die vor der Mikrowelle gestellten Geräte wegzuräumen auf den Esstisch und dann steht der voll.Der defekte Kühlschrank in der Küchenzeile wurde nicht repariert, sondern ein neuer gekauft und in den Wohn- Schlafbereich gestellt. Leider kann man bei einem sich immer wieder anstellendem Kühlschrank nicht schlafen. Die Steckdosenleisten sind mehr als gefährlich und im Wohnzimmer sind sie auch noch ineinander gesteckt. Auf der Terrasse, im Hof und vor dem Hof, wurde weder Laub, Mövenkot, noch Mövenfedern entfernt. Der schöne Ausblick aufs Wasser macht den Zustand der Wohnung nicht wett.
