Located in the iconic Tan Tar A Estates, just minutes to Margaritaville, this house is tucked among the trees for added privacy. This spacious and inviting property offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, while an additional half bath is conveniently located on the main living level off the living area. The primary suite features a king bed, while the other 3 bedrooms are ideal for groups or families, two of them each offering two full beds and the other offering a set of queen beds.

The open-concept living area is bright and welcoming, with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and comfortable seating-perfect for gathering after a day of fun. The kitchen overlooks the living space and is equipped for easy meal prep, complete with bar seating for casual dining or morning coffee.

Step outside and enjoy multiple back decks surrounded by wooded views, including a screened-in deck with a dining table for six, ideal for relaxed meals without the bugs.

While the house is not directly on the lake, its peaceful wooded setting offers a quiet retreat just minutes from shopping, dining, and local attractions. Guests can enjoy two outdoor outdoor swimming pools at Tan Tar A Estates, along with complimentary access to the 9-hole Hidden Lakes Golf Course (no tee time required and no golf carts).
