For paying almost $200 for a room in the off-season, room was rather dirty. Lots of dust covering everything. The rim of the toilet had black all around it. The in room washer/dryer had mold and hair all around the door seal.The baseboard in the bathroom had paint bubbling from it. The hot tub was basically a regular bathtub with jets that did not have very good water pressure. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty and stained. Both of the elevators made a loud sound when the brakes released and started moving. I asked to move rooms because the person next to me was noisy and the lady at the desk acted all put out even though the place was basically empty that night. Why they stuck two different parties right next to each other when the place was empty is rather absurd. When I went to check out, I asked if the resort fee could be removed since I did not use any of the amenities. The lady did not directly answer my question, so I asked again. She got snippy with me, but ended up removing it. I still enjoyed my stay. It was a nice getaway, but obviously no one pays attention to detail in this place, especially housekeeping. The resort seems to cater towards party crowds who overlook most of the things I mentioned.
