From the minute I checked in things went downhill. Below is a list of my issues:
1. Was told room would either be on first floor or they had elevators.....they had neither
2. Went to lock the deadbolt and door wouldn't lock. Maintenance provided a temporary fix for the night.
3. Jacuzzi started spraying water everywhere when I turned on the cold faucet and drenched me, the floor, the wall, the mirrored wall. Maintenance came back with another temporary fix.
4. Went to sit at the desk to answer emails only to find someone's DIRTY LAUNDRY left in the desk chair! GROSS!!!
5. MOLD growing all under the toilet seat and a dirty water ring in the bowl.
6. Who knows what was smeared on the wall next to the toilet, right under the paper roll. One can only assume what it might be! And something also smeared/running down the wall outside of the shower.
7. Was told I was booking the last available handicap accessible room. This room WAS NOT handicap accessible at all....no bars, no walk in/roll in entry to shower, and toilet was a low squatty style, NOT A 19+ INCH handicapped model.
I feel I'm owed a REFUND.....either for 100% of what I paid, but at the very least 75% of the total bill. And yes, I HAVE PHOTOS OF THESE ISSUES!
