It wasn’t horrible, but it was a little questionable when walking in. When getting into our room as all guests do, people tend to look around at the bathroom and beds expecting things to be clean or unbroken. This wasn’t the case for us but I will say the maintenance guy was very quick, super friendly as well as the staff. I will say that you have to think other people used this room before us, and maybe they are the ones who possibly did damage, not the staff. Over all it was convenient, it was okay but don’t think it’s any Grand Floridian resort and spa. I’ve done lots of travel and I won’t say this is the worst place to stay. I found my stay somewhat pleasant just would except it to be a little cleaner.

we left to go to a show, and when we returned, all these construction workers were staying there. there must have been two trucks for every room with two beds. there was no place to park. we finally parked next door at a restaurant parking lot.
