Fantastic weekend!! House was perfect for our family of 8. Very quiet part of the lake so great to swim right off the dock. We even caught some fish. House is extremely well stocked with plenty of space. Would love to come back!!

Fantastic place to allow all of our family members not living locally to be able to stay in one place. Having one of the bedrooms on the first floor worked great for our older parents.

Could have been better.

The home is smaller than it appeared online, for our family to stay it was very crowded and not enough bedrooms, or beds. It was a lovely home and very well kept up. The dock does need some boards replaced, we were worried someone was going to fall thru on some of them, and there were nails sticking out on some. Parking was an issue as well, the drive is shared with the home next door and Its not very big, however we were able to put 2 cars in the garage, and we had 3 to have to maneuver to fit into the drive without blocking the neighbor. Overall great time with family, just needed something bigger.

Fun Family Getaway

The property is in a perfect quiet culdesac. We brought floating devices and hooked up to dock and floated. We also rented a boat, the house has 3 bays so that was nice. House had some previous damage but was a nice clean place to stay.

Amazing stay!!!

WOW! We have been vacationing in the Ozarks for several years and this house is by far our favorite! Perfect location by land and water! House was very well maintained and stocked with everything you need. We did not have any worry of running out of towels, toilet paper, trash bags or things to do. During our stay, it did rain a lot but the pool table, games, movies and books made those raining afternoons fun. We loved that this house has a garage as it allowed for additional parking. We did have trouble with the WiFi, but was able to get it figured out pretty quickly. The network name and password was incorrect on the house information, but after looking at the router, we found it was printed on there. The only concerns we had with the house was the front door, the deadbolt lock was loose and made it feel unsecure. Also, we felt it was odd there was a camera right inside the front door. Even tho the camera was facing the door for security purposes, we did feel like we were being watched anytime we were in the kitchen or going down stairs. Other than our couple of concerns, we definitely loved this house and plan to stay here again!

Nice place little smaller then I thought it would be had a hard time closing patio door. Over all good place to stay. Very clean, love that the kids could swim of the deck, They loved it.

Great for family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. It is located in a nice cove with a large dock and shaded yard. The large kitchen was well stocked and coffee was provided. We appreciated the use of the garage, new grill and patio seating. Our family really enjoyed the pool table. It was a great addition. There were plenty of towels, but no soap or shampoo. Things we would have changed: the sticking-squeaking sliding patio door, fluffier pillows, the amount of dishwasher soap was inadequate and hot water was limited. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this location. If you rent boats/jet skis, do NOT go to Surdyke. We had a terrible experience there.
