Lakefront Sunset Point in the Heart of Osage Beach 17.5mm! Great view with Dock<br>

Location, Location, Location. This beautiful house is located in a protected cove near the 18mm. It has a fantastic view of the main channel and the toll bridge. Included is access 1700sq private dock with 42ft X 14Ft slip, 2 PWC lifts and patio furniture and 2 kayaks. Located in the heart of Osage Beach and within 5mins of many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Popular restaurant and waterfront Sushi bar Backwater Jacks is only mins away by boat or car.

This house is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with 2 living areas and Bar. Down stairs living area has sleeper sofa with memory foam matress. Three rooms and common areas all have waterfront views. 4th room has twin over full bunk beds complete with very comfortable memory foam mattresses.Upstairs living area has sofa and love seat with plenty of floor space. It also is a theater room with Bose surround sound, large flat sceen tv and Blueray/Dvd player. Two large patio decks are great for grilling and waterfront martini deck is a nice place to catch a drink on the way to the dock.

We had a group of 8 adults and loved this house and location. Super easy to find, close to the main channel but far enough we could float and not get rocked by waves. The dock was amazing also. House was spacious and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

Exactly what we were looking for

Great home to stay with our family. Communication with the owners was outstanding (prompt replies and very friendly) when asking questions about the property, during the booking and check-in process, and during our stay. The property is very clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. Our elderly parents, who have a hard time with stairs, were able to access the kitchen, family room, master bedroom/bathroom, and large deck areas overlooking the lake with only one small step into the house from the driveway - exactly what we were looking for. The boat dock and dock area was very large and could accommodate our boat and jet ski. We will definitely stay here again for our annual Lake of the Ozarks family vacation.

Great spot overall

17mm is a fantastic location by water and Osage Beach side by land. We had a 38’ long boat and the slip was a nice accommodation and nice dock with tables and chairs to hang out. I would recommend this home and would stay there again! Property managers are very responsive to anything you may need.

Perfect bachelor party house

Stayed at this house for my bachelor party and it had everything we needed. Fit all my guys and all had a great time and enjoyed the deck, grill, and dock space the most.
