Perfect location by land or by water, this waterfront retreat is in located in the ❤️ of Osage Beach. Minutes from everything the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer! Just 1 mile off Hwy 54 near Margaritaville and state park. Great for groups! Room for up to 12! Parking for 4-5 vehicles (no trailers). In the back of a calm cove. Convenient ONSITE boat &/or jet ski rentals available, weather/lake level permitting! The boat is a 25-foot Rinker deck boat that holds up to 13 people. This wonderful lakefront home has a swim dock and a free flow floor plan with 4 BRs, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. It also Includes water toys! Free Wifi! Equipped with smart tvs with streaming. New deck with 3 patio tables and charcoal grill. Fire pit. Includes board, card and putt putt games. The main level boasts a kitchen with a stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink, and granite countertops. Full size coffeemaker and Keurig. The kitchen table seats up to 8 and there are 4 tv trays. The kitchen flows into the living room, which has a electric leather couch, two chairs and an adjustable wall mounted 55" tv. The living room has a sliding glass door that overlooks the lake and leads to the new deck. Two bedrooms are on the main level. One has a queen size bed and 32" tv and the other has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on top and a queen size mattress on the bottom. The bathroom is between the bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combination. Stairs on the main level lead to the upper loft area which has space for a queen air mattress (which can be provided upon request--please ask at the time of booking) and a large desk. The third bedroom is off the desk area. It has a queen size bed and 32" tv. The downstairs area has the fourth bedroom (King size bed and 40" tv), the second bathroom (shower) the second living room (sofa with full size sofabed, tv, pub table and putt putt game), and a storage area with a new washer and dryer for guest use. Starter supply of paper products provided. The kitchen contains pots, pans, bakeware, a blender, mixer, and crockpot, as well as basic spices, cooking spray, oil, coffee, sugar and flour. Charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill is provided.

Great Place, wonderful hosts
The property is great! Very Stocked, towels soft, shampoo, bathroom supplies. Kitchen, also stocked very nicely. Feels like a cozy lake home. We had a little glitch with the boat, no one's fault really. Things happen. You really can't go wrong staying here. Jennifer and Brad are very helpful and available. Book with total confidence.

Fun Family Getaway
The property was well laid out for a fun family getaway for the 12 of us who were hanging out. It was convenient also to book the boat/jet ski we needed through the homeowner. There was plenty of room to congregate as well as to break out for private time. The dock was great for swimming and having the paddle boat and swim mat made it even more fun. Awesome fishing off the dock so the kids were having fun in the evenings doing that too. The only short fall was the driveway. Way too steep and small for more than safely parking 2 or so vehicles so we had to park a few of our vehicles offsite given my larger SUV. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic and the owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating as needs or questions arose. The racoons are no joke so you can't leave any trash out. We leveraged the deck box on the patio for storage so we did not have issues until trash day on Wednesday. Highly recommend that location and accommodations. Just need to plan for the driveway situation. If you have a 4 wheel drive/all wheel drive you will be fine. thanks for a very nice family getaway. Sherry

Highly Recommend This Property
We loved the space and layout of the house. Easy access to the lake with your own dock. We were able to rent the boat on the property for the day. Definitely recommend and if we ever need to rent a house for family again, we will look for this one!!

House was very nice. We couldn't find any trash bags, so we bought some. Could not find any forks or spoons, but wasn't a major issue. May want to make a note that the driveway is very steep. Other than those little things, house was great, rooms were nice. Deck patio and dock were all pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean with great access to the lake. Driveway is very steep and scary though. We all dinged up our cars getting out if it. Only downfall of the house was a broken chair that once I sat on broke immediately. Got a minor head injury and cuts and scrapes on my arms.

I celebrated my birthday over memorial day weekend with some friends and we absolutely loved this rental! The location was great and the boat rental add/on option was perfect for our group. The owners responded to any questions we had very promptly and were very friendly. We loved the Ozarks and would definitely stay here again.

The house was set up great for a family holiday, with well thought out amenities, and lots of space. Renting the boat and jet-ski was super smooth, and much better than dealing with a marina rental. The extra included lake toys were a great addition to dock time - kayaks, paddleboat, lily pad. Hosts were very nice and quick to respond to any questions.
