This gorgeous home sleeps up to 16 people and features vaulted ceilings, luxury finishes, two waterfront balconies, a custom gas firepit next to the water, NFL Blitz arcade game, and PRIME location in the heart of Osage Beach. Best of all, this home boasts a large private dock with a Tiki Bar, lily pad, sound system, swim step and plenty of patio furniture to make your lake vacation one to remember.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The large open concept kitchen features granite countertops, all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and stainless-steel appliances including a built-in ice maker and double oven! There is also a dry bar in the dining area with a mini-fridge, glasses, and wine storage to mix up all your favorite drinks! The dining area features a glass top dining room table that sits four, plus the kitchen has a large breakfast bar with four barstools.

Living Room
The living room features a fireplace, flat screen TV, a large sectional, and sliding glass doors that open to the top floor waterfront balcony.
Master Suite

The Master Suite is located on the main level and features a King-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that also open to the top floor waterfront balcony. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink, a makeup vanity, and large walk-in shower with glass doors, and best of all…heated floors!

Lower-Level Living Area
Downstairs there is another small living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, chairs, a desk, and sliding glass doors that open up to the lower-level waterfront balcony. This area is perfect for the kids!

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and nightstand. There is a queen sized air mattress in the closet of this room.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom also features a king-sized bed, dresser, closet and nightstand.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bunk bed with queen trundle nightstands, and TV.

Bathroom 2
The bathroom downstairs features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Bathroom 3
Upstairs there is a half-bath just off the kitchen.

Outside
This home features waterfront balconies on each level. Both boasting large patio tables with plenty of seating. The top floor balcony also features a gas BBQ grill.

Dock
This home offers access to a large private dock where you will make memories that last a lifetime. Inside the tiki bar there is a sound system, refrigerator, and glasses for drinks. This dock also offers a large swim step, lily pad, a large patio table.
**Boat slip not available for guest use but there are cleats and plenty of space to moor on the side of the dock.**

This home is also just 10 minutes away from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Big Surf Water Park, Margaritaville, and just 20 minutes from Ha Ha Tonka State Park, the Bridal Cave, and the Ozarks Amphitheater.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

• Please do not park anywhere but the driveway of the home. Do not park in the condo complex parking lot, or trespass on the condo complex community dock.
