Kitchen and Dining Area
The large open concept kitchen features granite countertops, all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and stainless-steel appliances including a built-in ice maker and double oven! There is also a dry bar in the dining area with a mini-fridge, glasses, and wine storage to mix up all your favorite drinks! The dining area features a glass top dining room table that sits four, plus the kitchen has a large breakfast bar with four barstools.
Living Room
The living room features a fireplace, flat screen TV, a large sectional, and sliding glass doors that open to the top floor waterfront balcony.
Master Suite
The Master Suite is located on the main level and features a King-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that also open to the top floor waterfront balcony. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and nightstand. There is a queen sized air mattress in the closet of this room.

The third bedroom also features a king-sized bed, dresser, closet and nightstand.

The fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bunk bed with queen trundle nightstands, and TV.

The bathroom downstairs features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

This home features waterfront balconies on each level. Both boasting large patio tables with plenty of seating. The top floor balcony also features a gas BBQ grill.
