Welcome to the Towers at Parkview Bay! Experience the Best of the Lake Lifestyle in our Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condominium with a Fantastic View! The location can't be beat - within 2 miles of the outlet mall, entertainment, and popular restaurants!

The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!

Plan to Barbeque on the Deck while enjoying the breathtaking sunset! The Kitchen is fully-equipped, and you'll find plenty of seating around the table and breakfast bar which is open to the Living Area - great for entertaining and socializing. When it's time to turn in, 3 comfortable Queen Beds provide a great night's sleep! There are TV's in two of the bedrooms to watch while you wind down. A Comfortable, Double-High Queen Sized Air Mattress is also provided for your use.


Boaters: Our 12x30’ Boat Slip is close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Golfers: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Parkview Bay Complex. Bring those Clubs!

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

The construction equipment moving rock was so loud, we really couldn’t enjoy the screened porch Lovely condo with comfortable beds and the kitchen was great for cooking. Love the pool areas and work out room. We will book this again in the future!

Our family of four stayed four nights mid-week. The condo was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the property management was quick to reply to my questions. This condo is just wonderful. The beds are comfortable, the pools are wonderful, pots and pans are ready to use for a great meal, and the location is close to everything Bagnall Dam offers. You won't be disappointed!!

Great unit and location

I took my family of 5 (ages 6, 4, 2) for Spring Break 2024. The indoor pool was heated and clean, it was a simple elevator ride downstairs and the kids loved it. We fished off a dock a few nights and the kids caught a few fish. We rented a boat from Dirty Duck which was a 5 minute drive from the condo, hiked a few trails that were only 15 minutes away, and had lunch at the Red Head which was only 10 minutes away. Great location for local attractions. Simple check in process and excellent communication from the renters. I’d recommend this unit to others!

Exceeded expectations. Unit was perfect for us. Great view from deck. Simply decorated not overdone. Pictures don’t do justice for the outdoor pool and hot tub or the huge heated outdoor pool. Will definitely make this our go to spot at the lake.

It was very nice. Very positive and we had a nice time. A nice condo. A few things to let owner know so he can take care of..
top plug by master bed does not work, chairs on deck had something on the bottom that stuck and hard to move, blow up mattress did not hold air very well. These are not criticisms just things to take care of!
