2 bedroom unit with beautiful lake view on the 3rd mile marker. Amenities include nice large swimming pool, gas grill, washer and dryer, newer furniture, wi-fi, boat ramp, covered slip with electricity, may be available. One king size bed and two full size beds, air bed also available. Within minutes of the strip, restaurants and outlet mall. All linens and towels provided along with kitchen essentials. One night rental may be available, please ask. Enjoy a relaxing vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Haven condo. The reason for our trip was sad but the condo was so cute, clean and had everything we would’ve wanted or needed. Julie was a great hostess. We would definitely stay there again. The cove gave a relaxing and calm atmosphere.

Fishing trip

Condo was great! Perfect for what we needed. Great views and neighbors. Host was absolutely amazing and accomodating, even gave us sweet treats and drinks. If you forget to bring something, she more than likely has you covered for as the condo has lots of extra items from kitchen items to brand new tooth brushes if needed. We fished off the docks which we wished were a little bit more fishing friendly but totally get that they're there for boats primarily. We caught crappie, catfish, and bass so we were happy. Quiet cove. Would love to return again one day and maybe bring our boat next time.

Julie was attentative and very helpful, getting me all the details of the rental ahead of time. The place was great and very tidy, having all the essentials.Ken, the neighbor below, was awesome to meet. Helped me with the boat slip operations. Great guy to talk with as well!Loved the short stay. Definitely will conaider renting from this place again.

Got a text with directions and door code. very easy to find. Julie was very responsive to any questions. Great place to stay with excellent covered private patio and view of the lake. NO sun in your face ever.

Julie was such a great host! She had everything our family needed for a perfect stay. My kids loved the Kayaks and the balcony was loved by our whole family. The location was perfect and close to shops, restaurants and most importantly the lake for fun! We will have to come back to this peaceful lakeside condo, for sure!!!
