My favorite hotel in Osaka because next to Shin Osaka Station, hub of the bullet trains to anywhere. Good connection to the subway line too.

Apa Hotel Shin-Osaka Eki Tower
Hotel is near the train station, convenient, near restaurants and convenince stores. NOTE: There a few Apa Hotels in the area so make sure you enter the right Apa hotel in googe maps. (I made the error and it took me about 10 minutes in the wrong direction. lol) The check-in process was automated and fast. (Language was in both Japanese and English) The front desk personal are there though to provide assistance if needed. but it was quick. The rooms are smaller than most US hotel rooms, but it is very clean, windows open partially to allow air flow, which was great in the winter, as the AC is turned off and room can get a little warm (at least to my liking). Ammenities are great, tooth brush, razors, shampoo, condition, body wash. A humidifier is also provided. Check out time is 10am which is a little earily then most US hotels, but the hotel does allow you to store baggage if needed. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others if staying in Osaka.

Very nice place to stay, good location with a good kareoke spot nearby that really brought it up a bit. The hotel itself was a standard hotel, very clean, very nice to stay at, quiet, could use a bit of adjustment to the thermostat but an open window fixed that up. Otherwise it was a nice spot to stay at.
