The property seems brand new and clean. I will recommend for everyone visiting Osaka whose preference is to stay in a peaceful environment away from the hectic crowds and busy center of city hotels. Ocean view available. Parking space is huge and comes with overnight cost of 1800¥

初めて利用させてもらったのですが、受付スタッフの対応について苦言を呈させてください。初めてのゲストに対する館内説明が簡潔すぎた気がします。その影響?なのか朝食付きのプランだったにも関わらず何も説明もなくチェックインの手続きが終了。 一度部屋に入り朝食チケット等もないし場所は?等と不思議に思い 再度受付で質問すると受付が間違いに気がついたようです。 はっきり言って所見からあまり気持ちいい応対でなかったのですがこの際も間違っていたのはホテル側なのにあまり悪いと思っていないような態度に思えました。 もう少し初めてのゲストへの応対を考えてほしいと思いました。 部屋は広くて清潔で食事についても美味しくて素晴らしかったです。 只あのチェックインの対応では今後のリピートは考えたいです。
