はじめての利用でしたが、鍵の受け渡しは思っていたよりもスムーズだったので、安心しました。お部屋自体はかなり良く、満足しております。ただ、設備のメンテナンスをしたほうが良いかと思います。（エアコンから異音がする。設置の食器がプラスチックなので、汚れが酷い。） ホテルと違い、受付や手続きに関する問い合わせ先が不明確なので、入退室が少々不安でした。（初めてだったからでしょうか）
