The villa features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets, along with an independent kitchen, private dining room, tranquil Japanese garden and relaxing Hinoki bath. Guests also have access to free on-site parking for 1 vehicle and Wi-Fi.
A complimentary breakfast basket is provided throughout your stay for self-preparation in the private kitchen. The provided breakfast includes: sandwiches, eggs, milk, and water. Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours before arrival. Guests may opt out of the breakfast basket if preferred.
For a more personalized stay, private dining and private chef services, including a private Kaiseki chef, can be arranged in advance. Beyond the beautiful architecture and spacious rooms, one of the biggest surprises was the dining room — it is absolutely stunning. Together with the peaceful Japanese garden, the whole villa has a wonderful sense of space, calm and understated elegance. It is easily one of the best luxury villa stays I have experienced, and the quality of the stay felt exceptional for the price.We also took a day trip to nearby Wakayama, which was surprisingly easy and convenient from the villa. On our final day, getting to Kansai Airport took only around 15–20 minutes, making the departure completely stress-free.From the beautiful interiors and tranquil garden to the location and overall comfort, everything came together perfectly. A genuinely memorable stay and excellent value for such a high-quality experience.

What made our stay especially memorable was that the experience went far beyond the villa itself. The beautiful Japanese garden and traditional architecture create an authentic sense of place, while all the modern amenities are high quality, thoughtfully designed and very easy to use. The service was also attentive and made everything feel effortless.We also loved discovering the local area. Hine Shrine is nearby, and Jigen-in is well worth visiting for its National Treasure Tahoto Pagoda and historic Kondo Hall. We spent time walking around Oiseki Park, enjoying the seasonal scenery, and stopped for lunch and coffee at small local places in Izumisano. Depending on the season, there are also traditional neighbourhoods, local festivals and historical sites to explore.The best part was returning to the villa in the late afternoon, slowing down in the peaceful Japanese garden and enjoying a Japanese dinner together. It felt less like ordinary sightseeing and more like experiencing the rhythm of local life in Japan.Beautiful, quiet and unhurried — a rare opportunity to step away from the crowds and simply enjoy a few peaceful days surrounded by Japanese culture, nature and everyday local life.
