Easy check in and check out. Very high turnover busy hotel, so airport shuttle will be fully booked if you don't book in advance. Restaurant shuts after 9pm and wait for the lifts is long due to the volume of guests checking in and out.

I was very disappointed with the limited airport shuttle, which only operates in the morning and ends service at 11 AM. Additionally, there was a constant water-running noise through the pipes in the walls of the rooms, which was very annoying when trying to relax or sleep. My sisters-in-law experienced the same issue in their room, even though it was on another floor and on the opposite side of the hotel.

Fairly new property near Kansai Airport, High rise with the restaurant on the top floor, nice view in the evening and morning at breakfast. Five minute walk from the train station which is one stop from the airport. Airport shuttle is available but you need to make an online reservation on their website which is an extra step. Lawson is downstairs if you need a bite to eat. Restaurants are a ten to fifteen minute walk. Ok place to stay, but I haven’t tried the Nikko which is closer to the airport.

Is very close to the Osaka airport if you're coming in on a late flight. It has a Lawson convini on the promises open 24 hours so that's great. They have a free shuttle to the airport. And you have some Isakayas walking distance. They have microwave, cold water stations and laundry room. The rooms don't have phones to call reception. But there's a service phone next to the elevator so that's okay. So once again a great hotel if you are coming into Osaka on a late flight. Or if you're leaving Osaka in an early morning flight.

The room was comfortable, clean, everyone was very courteous and helpful. The food is amazing!!! Location was better than I imagined. The only issue: there is NO SHuTTLE to the hotel from the airport. The verbiage is misleading. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the airport but you must make a reservation the night before in order to use it. We almost took a taxi that cost about $30 USD.. but for 370 YEN, you can ride the train from the airport directly to Rinku station and right outside is the hotel. Super cheap and super easy to get to. But that should be disclosed in the listing. Aside from that, the stay was perfect and the onsite onsen was an added benefit. It is tattoo friendly and I had no issues. Also seen others that had tattoos as well. A must do, if you visit!!! I will definitely stay here again in the future!!
