Location: next to Rinku Station - 1 train stop from Kansai Airport. Lawson next to hotel lobby. Walking distance to Rinku Seacle and Outlet malls. Short walk to Toyota rent-a-car. Room: clean but on the smaller side. Amenities: self-collect toiletries at lobby. No bottled water. A service station on each floor with microwave, water and ice dispensers. A carafe is provided. Facilities: Self-service luggage storage room lets you store your luggage before or after your stay so you can explore nearby malls and shops more freely. Indoor onsen with hot pool, cold pool and a sauna. Outdoor rotenburo with 2 separate circular ceramic tubs.

This was the 2nd time we choose to stay this hotel. 1. Beautiful sunset and sunrise bay view. 2. Many kinds of Hot spring that available for almost all day (1 am - 4 am will be closed for cleaning). And the facility is spotless clean. 3. Convenience for going outlet mall to walk around all day and variety of foods to enjoy. 4. Convenience of laundry that can use major US credit card. 5. Free shuttle bus from morning till 11 am. 6. Comfortable room and very nice friendly staff. If you use KIX ( Osaka I get auto Al Airport), this will be a very nice hotel. You will need a shuttle to go domestic airport which will be 60 minutes of Bus ride. If you use taxi from hotel to airport or airport to hotel, cost about 6000 yen! Bus is about 2000 yen per person. Pretty much, we stay here to adjust our trip before taking domestic flight or going back to the U.S. This hotel became my husband’s favorite hotel because outlet mall window shopping and for me, hot spring to relax!

Checking in and out was quick and efficient. They have an automated system. Breakfast was amazing, buffet style you will have to pay additional for each day you choose to eat breakfast though, but I would say it’s worth it because of the variety in selection. The rooms aren’t the biggest but it’s cozy and clean.
