Beautiful Luxury Beachfront Home on Lake Huron - Spectacular Views/ Sugar Sand

This 2200 s.f. beachfront home is set deep into a private wooded lot on 80' of gorgeous sugar sand Lake Huron Beach. This recently updated home includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area (seats 8), family room with natural fireplace, living room, and 4 bedrooms (master with king, #2 bdrm with queen, #3 bdrm with queen bed, and a bunk room that sleeps 4 - please note that this room is an open concept). The master bdrm, living room, family room, dining area and kitchen all have SPECTACULAR views of Lake Huron.

There is so much to offer with this rental! It's on the waterfront with shallow clear water and tons of sugar sand! From this perfect location you can stroll along the sandy beach or lounge and relax. The site is in line with a large sand reef and is shallow for several hundred feet with numerous sandbars - great for young swimmers and water games. Minutes from canoeing, great golf courses, shopping, antiques, and numerous state park attractions.

Just 3 miles North in Oscoda there are restaurants, ice cream parlors, a movie theater, putt putt golf, bowling, and the Oscoda city park. To the South 8 miles is East Tawas. There is much to offer in East Tawas too! A beautiful park, great restaurants, shopping, the pier, Marion's Ice Cream Parlor and so much more.

The Gailes at Lakewood Shores - One of the best golf courses in Michigan, listed in the top 10, is just a few miles away. If you enjoy golfing this is one you don't want to miss out.

It was beautiful...inside and out. Comfortable seating, comfortable sleeping, good eating areas, the remodeled kitchen was great...all of the remodels were great! The dishes, cookware and appliances provided, made food prep easy. And clean up was a cinch with the new dishwasher. The sandy beach was pristine and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach looking out across Lake Huron...so breathtaking. It was the perfect setting for our family get together. Thank you.

My family and I were very impressed with the amenities offered at this beautiful beach house. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds and furniture were comfortable and new and the beach is AMAZING! This is a perfect location for any beach lovers and the host was very easy to work with. We had no issues during our stay, however I am confident if we had they would have been corrected immediately. This is a rare gem of a property on the much underrated sunrise side of Michigan.

Wonderful Long Weekend Getaway

We rented this house with my family of 4 kids along with my parents. We scheduled it in the middle of September and the place was absolutely perfect. The water was clear and warm, perfect for swimming. Very sandy with a long sandbar. We utilized the floating lily pad on the water (kids loved) and the outdoor seating and firepit. The house was charming and cottage like but plenty updated and big enough for all of us. The kids liked the bunkbeds and bumper pool. The views from the family room were unbelievable - we were up early every morning looking at the sunrise. Can't wait to rent again.

Girls getaway

Five of our longtime friends for over 40 years had a beautiful getaway on this beautiful home on Lake Huron. The house was exceptional, Shelly our host responded within the hour when I had questions. She even allowed for us to have an early check-in. The view was absolutely amazing!! The house had every amenity that we needed. We cooked most of our meals in the house. Would have loved to have used their kayaks, but it was windy and cool a few of the days. Watched the sunrise on the last morning , that was spectacular. I would highly recommend staying if you have a chance.

Paradise on Lake Huron!

This property is stunning. Located on a beautiful stretch of sandy Lake Huron beach. House is well laid out and had everything we needed for our party of 10 (6 adults/4 kiddos). The home in person is even better than the photos. We didn’t need to contact Shelly for anything but she did check in with us halfway through our stay. Back room could use a little more air circulation but the rest of the home stayed a comfortable temperature during the mid-70 degree weather we had all week with the open windows and fans. Thank you for sharing your home with our family this summer!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Beautiful home right on the water with a wonderful beach! Clean and cozy perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 kids with room to spare. There was a lovely kitchen to cook meals in, games, beach volleyball, fire pit, ample outside and inside seating. Very close to all Tawas has to offer. Property manager Shelly was easy to get ahold of and attentive. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful home, great location with the beach just outside the back door. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need for preparing most meals. Beds were very comfortable, as were the living room furniture. Having two bathrooms worked out well for our group. Plenty of towels and bedding. Looking forward to heading back in Spring or Late summer.
