Please note: An attached utility room contains laundry facilities and owner storage. This space is separate from the home and locked off from the guest areas. Maintenance staff may occasionally access the utility room during your stay, but they will not enter the home itself.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and outdoor spaces. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared Anchorage Cottages beachfront, including beach access, picnic areas, and common outdoor amenities. Parking is available on-site.



Please note that a utility room connected to the home contains laundry facilities, extra linens, and maintenance supplies. This room is locked from the guest living areas and is not part of the rental. On occasion, maintenance staff may need to access this utility room during your stay, but they will not enter the guest portion of the home.

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).
