The equipped with attention to detail Ferienhaus Uns lütt Hus is located in the quiet old part of the Baltic resort of Baabe. The holiday home comprises approx. 95m² of living space, which extends over 2 floors. On the approx. 400 m² large property you can let your mind wander. Only a few meters from the house you have the dike of the village, from where you can start bike rides Mönchgut direction or even direction Binz. Beautiful sunsets over the Selliner See can be enjoyed here with a glass of wine. In the immediate vicinity is the stop of the small Baaber Bäderbahn, with which you can drive to the beach. But the Baaber Bollwerk is also a stop where you can translate with the smallest rowing ferry to Moritzdorf to discover nature here. Restaurants, cafes or shopping for daily needs can be reached in a few minutes from your holiday home. The interior pictures will be put online after the renovation from May 2019!

Welcome to the holiday home "Us Lütt Hus", in the beautiful and relaxing Baltic resort Baabe. The non-smoking holiday house with its approx. 95 m² extends over 2 floors and offers space for max. 4 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years in travel cot. With great attention to detail, the house has been furnished and offers you a pleasant retreat, even in the cold season, to unwind your soul. A sauna in the entrance area decorates the house and offers you a small but fine wellness oasis. The spacious kitchen, dining and living area with its 39 m² leaves nothing to be desired. The open kitchenette is equipped with a modern pyrolysis oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, granite sink, built-in fridge-freezer, coffee machine, pad machine (Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender and many other small kitchen helpers. Adjacent to the kitchen area is the spacious wild oak table with its 4 leather chairs. The living area with its cozy corner couch and matching coffee table, reading lamp, TV board with LED Smart TV, Blu Ray player and a Teufel home cinema system invite you for cozy and relaxing hours. This area is rounded off by a wing chair with stool and a view of the fireplace, which ensures a pleasant warmth in the cold season. Firewood is included for you. A small selection of board games, holiday magazines and DVDs are also available. The technical area is additionally rounded off by a WLAN access (50 Mbit / s). The first of the daylight shower baths is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a walk-in clear glass shower by Sprinz and an XXL rain shower. You will also find a toilet, a vanity, a towel dryer and a hair dryer in the bathroom. From the living / dining area you reach your south-facing terrace, which is equipped with comfortable and adjustable patio chairs and an electric awning. A charcoal grill by Weber also lets the evening on the terrace with a good meal and a glass of wine. From the hall you reach through a slightly steep wooden staircase your two bedrooms and another daylight bathroom. The large bedroom has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) with gel cold foam mattresses (0.90 mx 2.00 m), adjustable slatted frames on the head and foot, bedside tables, LED TV, a wing chair and a spacious installation -Wardrobe. The smaller of the bedrooms was equipped with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and gel cold foam mattresses (0.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable slats on the head and foot and bedside tables. Darkening pleats, electric shutters and insect screens also ensure a peaceful and restful sleep. The second daylight bathroom on the upper floor, like the shower room on the ground floor, has a ground-level clear glass shower by Sprinz and an XXL rain shower. A toilet, a vanity, and a towel dryer complete the bathroom. All rooms in the house are provided with underfloor heating and vinyl flooring in wood look. Not only in the bedroom you will find electric shutters and insect screens! These are available throughout the house. In the utility room you will find a vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, an ironing board and an iron. To counteract the very calcareous water on the island of Rügen, you will find a water softener in the house, which softens the water. For our little guests there is a high chair and a travel cot (without Bettinlett / without extra mattress) available. Even a 4-Beiner is a welcome guest with its own sleeping space. 2 parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. The existing carport at the house also provides protection for a car. You can put your borrowed or brought bicycles in the spacious shed. Here is also the opportunity to charge your e-bikes. On the small property you will also find a clothes dryer to hang your towels after bathing in the Baltic Sea. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. The prepayment of consumption costs will be charged according to individual consumption (electricity 0.39 Euro / KWh, water 7.50 Euro / m³ / gas 0.10 Euro / KWh) and refunded after departure.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
