Ein sehr ruhiger gemütlicher Aufenthalt
Es war alles super und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, es gab fliegenschutzgitter am Fenster und Balkontür was wir sehr gut fanden um Fenster gerade über Nacht offen zu lassen, für unsere 7 Monat alte Tochter war genug Platz für ein Reisebett was ebenfalls zur Verfügung stand, einen Anstellraum für Fahrräder und Kinderwagen, einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus usw. Super Ferienwohnung die nicht weit vom Strand und Gaststätten entfernt ist.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Ein gepflegtes Objekt, ca. 10 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, in ruhiger Lage. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem notwendigen Zubehör ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden diese Ferienwohnung gern weiterempfehlen.

Ruhig gelegene, gut ausgestattete Fewo - nur 1 km vom tollen Sandstrand entfernt
Wir verbrachten 1 Woche Urlaub in dieser ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung, die sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus befand - rund 1 km vom tollen Sandstrand von Prerow entfernt (Tipp: nutzen Sie den unscheinbaren Durchgang rechts vom Müllplatz, um ca. 200 m zum Strand abzukürzen). Sie ist gut, z.T. recht hochwertig (Geschirr) ausgestattet, besitzt einen Balkon und ein separates, kleines Schlafzimmer. Wohnzimmer und Einbauküche bilden den Hauptraum, in dem sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Esstisch befindet, den man bei Bedarf vergrößern kann. Das Bad verfügt neben einer Dusche auch über eine Waschmaschine, dessen Bedienung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, aber ihren Dienst zuverlässig und "hörbar" verrichtet. Auf dem Balkon stehen zahlreiche Sitzmöbel, ein stabiler Sonnenschirm und ein Wäscheständer bereit. Die ruhige Umgebung ist ein echtes Plus. Natürlich kann man auch mal die Mitbewohner bzw. Gäste im EG mal durch Grillen auf der Terasse hören, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war die Tatsache, dass trotz 85 EUR Endreinigung man trotzdem das Bett selbst beziehen und am Schluss fast komplett reinigen soll - nebst deutlichen "Warnzetteln" der Hausverwaltung, bei Unterlassung zusätzliche Gebühren zu erwarten. Insgesamt aber bietet das Objekt sehr gute Voraussetzungen für einen herrlichen Urlaub. Danke insbesondere an den Vermieter für die unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation vor dem eigentlichen Aufenthalt.

Klasse Urlaub
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist echt schön. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Durch den Waschtrockner muss man nicht ganz so viel schmutzige Wäsche mit nach Hause nehmen, wenn man will. Aber am genialsten ist der Balkon, er ist ziemlich groß und man hat die Sonne von morgens bis abends. Auf jeden Fall würden wir diese Wohnung immer wieder gern für einen Urlaub buchen.
