Cute cottage with 5 beds in the center of Prerow. Spend your holiday in a relaxed, modern atmosphere. The house is furnished with all the comforts of today. In the kitchen you will find dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. And situated in the first floor bedroom has a double bed and a trundle bed for 2 people. In the living room, which is located with the bathroom and the kitchen on the ground floor, is equipped with a spacious corner sofa and can also be used for sleeping.

Eine schöne und angenehme Woche
Ein schönes, kleines und gemütliches Ferienhaus. Genau richtig für zwei Personen. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch sehr gut geschlafen.

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist sehr charmant und für zwei Personen prima. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Badezimmer komfortabel. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auf dem Sofa kann man es sich bequem machen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Allerdings gibt es auch ein paar nicht so gute Dinge. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist extrem steil und die Stufen haben einen recht großem Abstand – mit Knieproblemen ist es schon heikel. Das Treppengeländer geht leider nicht ganz bis nach oben. Das Badezimmer befindet sich auf der unteren Etage. Oben gibt es auch keine Sicherung der Treppe, was mit kleinen Kindern problematisch sein kann. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Schubladenkommode, deren Schubladen fast alle mit Zudecken und Kopfkissen belegt waren. Der Sitzplatz aus der Bildergalerie existiert nicht. Wenn man Draußen sitzen möchte, wird dafür der Vorgarten der Vermieter angeboten direkt neben ihrer Terrasse. Für die Fahrräder gab es keinen Unterstand. Man konnte sie aber anschließen. Einen zweiten Schlüssel gab es auf Nachfrage.

Uns hat es sehr gut beim alten Schmuggler gefallen ;-) Für uns 3 völlig ausreichend vom Platz, es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Auch gibt es vor Ort ein paar Bücher zum Lesen oder Gemeinschaftspiele und Puzzle, das fand ich sehr schön. Auch die Lage war super, alles schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder :-)

Entzückendes kleines Haus
Ich habe eine Unterkunft für mich und eine Freundin gesucht und wollte keine Ferienwohnung, sondern lieber etwas, wo einem niemand auf dem Kopf herumtrampeln kann. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus optimal. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, praktisch eingerichtet, absolut ruhig gelegen. Wir haben prima geschlafen und uns auch sonst sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn es sich ergibt, würde ich das Ferienhaus definitiv wieder mieten.
