The “Park-Residenz” was converted from the hotel’s existing building and, following a comprehensive renovation, now offers eight modern vacation apartments. The “Dünen-Residenz” and “Panorama-Residenz” were newly constructed on the property and offer twelve and eight residential units, respectively.

The “Dünen-Residenz,” completed in the spring of 2021, is located on Wustrow’s famous Strandstraße. Similar to the “Panorama-Residenz,” it was newly built and features twelve and eight residential units, respectively, all of which are accessible by a passenger elevator. Each residential unit has a parking space in the underground garage as well as a storage room measuring approximately 5 square metres.
