The establishment is great, the day staff is amazing. The problem we had was the night time desk lady. She was the rudest person. She did not greet us when she arrived instead yelled at our group. That could have been handled so differently. She is not a person who should be dealing with public. She needs some classes in how to handle situations. That would be the reason I would not return.

The property was nice and the rooms big. Unfortunately, there was something in our room that caused a family member to have an allergic reaction. Coughing and sneezing but she would get better when we left the room for the day and start again upon returning. Possibly mold in the air conditioner? Please check this out. She is fine after checking out.

Great hotel

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay to visit family. The lobby was huge with lots of chairs perfect for hanging out without having to be in someone’s room. Breakfast looked great, but we didn’t partake. My only wish was that they had a place to fill water bottles. The only options were to buy bottled water or ask the front desk person to fill it.
