Some nature animals may come from the woods.
This retreat is perfect choice near Starved Rock.

Rules:
Maximum persons allowed 3.
One vehicle allowed.
All guests must be registered, no other visitors allowed. No parties or events. ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed of any kind.

Steps to rear entry on west side home to lower level of house. Separate entrance is second patio door. Patio closes 9:00 pm.

Guest CANNOT use any fire-pits for safety reasons.
If you walk on trails, uneven grounds at your own risk.

Be on the lookout, some animals of nature come from the woods, like deer and other animals in wooded areas to patio and yard areas.

Host is licensed real estate agent, agent owned, notice of no agency relationship to guests/tenants. Host lives upper portion of the home,
QUIET HOURS for guest and host 9 pm to 7 am.
