We drove to the property and it appeared dirty and had construction and was also on the outside of town. We chose not to stay there due to the looks of it and the location and lost our money and had to get another room in town and something we felt more comfortable at.

Nothing but spectacular

Ski trips can have their surprises and the Hot Springs Inn was a sigh of relief!! From the call I made 2-3 days ahead of arrival to get our 2 rooms close to the check out, everything was incredible. To boot, the local knowledge Wendy shared with us on hot spots, dinner joints and things to do, it was special. Oh and the immediate scenery and river-front setting...over the top good!

Second time staying here. Room looked exactly the same. Two massive beds, very comfortable. Lovely views of the river and in the afternoon gets some lovely sunshine. Nice hot shower. Easy walk along the river into town. A little overpriced but thats how Ouray works. Breakfast is lovely, mini doughnuts and pastries. Had yougurt too. Bare in mind that the hot tub is closed during the winter months. Staff are very friendly. Will def be back again next time with my wife and daughter.

This property is cozy and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The beds are super comfy and the location is perfect in Ouray. Five stars, I highly recommend!

Decent stay

Hotel room was very nice and the trail nearby was great. However the hot tubs were closed and breakfast was poor quality.
