ABOUT THE AREA:
Nestled at the San Juan Gateway Ouray offers year-round outdoor activities and everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation. In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing.

During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill/Nordic skis and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 ice and mixed climbs spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, unique shops and Ouray Hot Springs.

CANCELLATIONS:
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 deposit. For reservations of thirty (30) nights or more, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This was the second time we stayed here and again we loved it. The place is clean, modern and close to everything. We spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen which has everything you need and plenty of space. The location is close to town and great to head out to catch the Ouray Perimeter trail off Oak St or Dallas Trailhead down County Road 17. I worked remotely for a week and the WiFi never dropped and was perfect for running all the laptops. We will be back again!

The property is beautiful. Easy walk into downtown Ouray along the river path. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds and bedrooms are very comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even had towels for the Hot Springs pool. Everything has been remodeled in the bathrooms. We would definitely like to rent this property again. Finally the rental service was on top of all of our requests. Thank you.

Great view, nice kitchen, nice bathrooms. The sliding bathroom door was a little weird, but not a big issue. Also, it got very dry but they had two humidifiers available and it took us a few days to realize what they were and it was very nice to run them at night.

Great location! Beautiful views from the living room and front deck. Suited our family of four very well. Access to walking trails and hikes around Ouray was convenient. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, but there are no containers for leftovers (only a minor inconvenience.) This unit had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Beautifully decorated and nicely maintained! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and in Ouray! Easy daytrips to Silverton, Telluride and Ridgway. Hope to return again!

Great Property

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean. There was a sufficient amount of supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.). The location was great as it's close enough to walk to the downtown area and there is a great walking path along the river. It's also very close to the trailhead for the Perimeter trail. We'll be recommending this rental to our friends.

Lovely stay in Ouray

We loved our stay in this place set right along the river in beautiful Ouray. The interior is probably even better than the pictures showed. The only thing that would have been nice to know was it is on the third level which made lots of stairs.

Our stay was everything we hoped for! This home is so cozy and inviting. The view of the mountains was perfect and we enjoyed the creek/trail that is within walking distance. Communication was great with the owners and easy check in-out. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Beauty and adventure

This was our first time in Ouray and Telluride. We picked Ouray as our central location because it was close to so many jeeping trails. We were thrilled. The beauty and different levels of moderate to difficult gave us a lot of choices. The condo was in a great location and loved the river walk after dinner. We were close to restaurants and back to our condo for peace and quiet. We enjoyed our morning smoothies on the front deck with views and sunshine. The condo was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and king bed was very comfortable. We would love to come back and stay here again. Management was easy to contact when we had an issue with the lock one evening and it was solved quickly. Great job!

Great Stay In Ouray

Condo was convenient to downtown and had all the amenities you’d need. Thoughtful touches like laundry pods and professional bathroom toiletries. We enjoyed being so close to the river and would walk our dogs each evening. Condo was very clean and was in a quiet area. The view from the front deck was gorgeous. Not that this bothered us, but it is on the third floor. That may not be ideal for some. We would definitely stay here again!

Oak street VRBO in Colorado

We enjoyed staying in the most wonderful VRBO rental in Ouray, Colorado. It was close to the restaurants and the hot springs. Our communication with the owner was excellent. It was fabulous to look out the huge living room window and see a mountain ever morning.

New Favorite Place in Ouray

We have been coming to Ouray for over 15 years and we have stayed at many places and this is by far our favorite! Clean modern comfortable incredible views from the living room and super dog friendly. We brought our two dogs and not only were there bowls and blankets just across the street is the Uncompahgre Riverwalk with poop bags and trash cans. We will be booking here again and again and again.

Pretty modern condo close to town

The condo was spotless, very comfortable and well stocked. The location was great- adjacent to the river walking trail and a very easy walk into town. The electronic lock on the front door malfunctioned right after we arrived which took awhile to get fixed but the management team kept us updated during the process. A backup plan such as a regular key would be very helpful for those situations. It is a third floor unit which I’m not sure I realized before arrival. It wasn’t a problem for us but for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs it could be an issue. Overall it was a wonderful home and we would absolutely love to stay again!
