The open floor plan living area opens up to the back deck overlooking Uncompahgre River and the San Juan Gateway mountains where guests can enjoy the morning sunrise or a well-deserved grilled summer meal. The kitchen boasts upgraded appliances, cookware and flatware, perfect for the chef in your group.
When you are ready to retreat, the primary ensuite bedroom, located on the third floor, features a spacious ultra comfortable King bed and full private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, located on the third floor, features a roomy Queen loft bed over a Queen bed and a full bathroom right across the hallway.

• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense
