Overall good stay. Hot tub wasn't working properly so it was a hot soaker tub. Staff was amazing. Great homemade breakfast, and they are super friendly. I'd stay again.

We usually travel to Ouray after Christmas each year, first time staying at St Elmo hotel, we absolutely loved it!! It’s a beautiful antique/vintage style hotel, lots of history! The housekeeper was super friendly & the rooms very clean. They have free breakfast each morning with eggs, homemade grits, pancakes, the works!!! It was so good, served fresh by their amazing cook!! We will definitely stay here next Christmas!!

I stayed here Christmas Eve and Christmas night! It was magical, it snowed. I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. The woman who cleans and cooks was so friendly barely saw anybody else.The breakfast was really good. I love historical hotels, and this one was very comfortable, and I liked it a lot.

St Elmo is a quintessential Ouray hotel.

Well restored, maintained hotel, very welcoming and comfortable. The people were friendly. Hotel is on the main street and everything was within walking distance.

This property is a beautiful Victorian with a rich history. The owners offer a unique bed and breakfast stay. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are comfortable. We had an amazing quiet stay at this beautiful property.

This property is a beautiful historic hotel. We stayed in the King’s room. It was lovely and had a sitting area. The hotel is located in the middle of town… so very walkable to nature, shops and bars/eateries. The surrounding area is stunning! The breakfast was delicious. We had a short order Cook that made eggs and pancakes in real time. Got up at 2 AM in the morning and saw two bears (walking behind the facility) from our bedroom window. I read that bears are common in this area…something to be aware of. Should mention that the rooms do not have TV’s… but there is a TV room near the lobby. The hotel interior has been very well maintained and really shows off its Victorian architecture.

We loved the fact that it was a historic place, an oldie but a goodie. The only thing I wish they had was some sort of holder in the shower to hold my soap and stuff.
