Kelly was wonderful. She told us everything about the area and what to do and where to eat. It was within easy walking distance to the hot springs. Even though it was right on the road it wasn't noisy.

Loved Jo at check in, she was great. Clean, comfy, n onvenient location, right on rte 550, 5 minute walk to town. No iron on room, only thing. Great info on hiking trails, fire put at night out back with blankets for guests. No breakfast, However, go to Artisan bakery, great coffee and baked goods. I will definitey stay here again! So peaceful and beautiful.

This is a nice roadside motel/hotel in Ouray. If you need a reasonably priced option in Ouray, a 1-hour 15-minute from Purgatory Ski Area, this is a fine option. That said, if you are looking for luxury of any sort, look elsewhere. This is a solid option for those looking for a comfortable, clean bed.

Cozy Family Hotel

Nice hotel right of the street. Town is a 2 min drive away which is great. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. They have sleds you can borrow for the kids if you forgot to bring your own and a bonefire for smores all provided by the owner. We had a great visit.

We will be back!

Our stay here was fabulous, would 100% recommend. You can walk to restaurants and the Ouray pool/ Hot Springs, and even into town if you wanted. Amazing view, amazing guest service. She made a fire in the lobby every night, so quaint and romantic. Lots of coffee and tea Keurig options. Even free s'more kits and a gas fire pit on every night with sticks for s'mores. Easy and ample parking . We backed in and walked right up the steps to our room . Large, comfortable, clean room This was a birthday / Valentine's trip with my boyfriend and it was awesome! We will be back :)

This is the 3rd time ive stayed there. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment this time. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and all of our gear. Full kitchen had everything we needed. The employees were all incrediby nice and helpfull 10/10. I will definitely stay there again.

Dirty floors and surfaces. PAPER THIN WALLS, EXCEPTIONALLY NOISY - water is audible running through pipes in walls day and night. Adjacent rooms are audible as if the people in them are inside your room. TV and coffee maker did not work. Dresser was severely deteriorated with paint and particle board chips present atop it. Staff was unhelpful beyond advising of tourist destinations.

They will charge you for no reason

This was a terrible stay. I have a service dog for my disability and I was charged at the end of my stay. I was told the floor was wet. I explained I did get some water on the the floor but this was not a dog accident. This owner of the hotel did not care about me or my dog and blamed and charged me for something that did not happen. Not accommodating or kind about service dogs. She acted like I was lying about my disability the entire time and then charged me for spilling water.
