Relax w/ the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. With a touch of farm house, centrally located in Overland Park, you can get anywhere you need to in South KC in 15 min. Just north of Top Golf, for the health conscious, a short walk from Sprouts.
W/ health in mind it’s CRUNCHY mom approved, so if there’s anything you need for a detox from the hustle & bustle you can find it here. Clean air/water: Toggle WiFi; 2 water systems installed: 1-utility & 1-3 stage filter, for cooking/drinking

With a fresh take on the peace of a farm, this home was carefully designed and intended for large groups whether you are traveling with several families or coming in town for a special ocassion!
Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire home except the garage and limited access to the unfinished basement (only upon request).
Other things to note
Washer & Dryer are in the unfinished basement and available upon request or for guests staying for 7 days or longer.

We take health seriously and only have products safe for you and your little ones if they happen to get into them. If there’s any special requests, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!

We held a short company retreat with 6 members. Our host was quick with responses and we had everything we needed as we did cook 1 of the evenings that we were there! The house was clean and check in and check out was a breeze! We would recommend! Thank you!

To be clear, I do not know the owners, but Eric made it very easy to communicate our hopes for gathering our larger family for Christmas. We had 11 adults (9 staying), 4 toddlers and 1 infant. The pictures do not do justice to the real homey nature of this rental. Comfort, convenience, and consideration for children was apparent and we felt very much like we were celebrating in our own home.
