Guests have access to the entire house and the garden, except for the garage.
The house is situated over 3 floors.

Your privacy is our priority! We won't disturb you during your stay, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your time. But should you need anything, please feel free to reach out—we're just a message away!

For the security of our guests, there are CCTV cameras on the outside of the property.

We kindly ask our guests to respect comfort and privacy of our neighbours and refrain from making excessive noise, especially in early and late hours of the day (please note, the house is equipped with noise monitors)

Recently Refurbished Building:
Please note, the entire building was recently fully refurbished, allowing guests to enjoy a fresh and newly decorated space. While we have taken every measure to ensure everything is perfect, some systems may not yet be fully tested. It is very unlikely, but some troubleshooting might be required. Rest assured, every effort will be made to minimize any discomfort, and if any intervention is needed, our team will respond quickly and smoothly.
