Welcome to this fabulous 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath townhome in the sought-after Rowandale. The condo is fully equipped and located close to campus and the historic Square. The community includes pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts plus 2 pools. Also, there is complimentary shuttle service from Rowandale to Campus and the Square.

The primary bedroom is located downstairs along with 1.5 bathrooms. The living room includes a full-size sectional, chairs and large tv and are also located on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen and 2 eating areas are also on the first floor. The additional 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs along with a washer and dryer.

* Pet-Free Property - We have a strict no pet policy, as the owner is allergic to animals. Violation of the policy will result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning charges.
* Our home has motion-censored cameras located on the front porch of the home. Guests will have door access to the home by passcode and keylock on the door.
* We do not allow cancellation for any dates. The minimum age of 25 is required for at least one adult staying on the property for the entire stay.
* Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out by 10am.
