I scored low because the first thing I saw when I got to my room was a pair of boxer shorts sticking out of the couch cushions and a booger wiped on the wall. How well was the room cleaned if a pair of underwear are just there in plain sight?

I was double charged for my room. It was supposed to be 300, I was changed 600. When I asked the front desk clerk about it, she said I could speak to the manager on Friday (I am checking out Thursday). She also said ot would take up to 30 days for me to be refunded.

I would never stay here again. The room was super gross. I think they’re beyond a rug cleaning and just need to get new carpets and new couches. The pullout bed is not big enough for two people so I asked if we could switch to a room that had two beds and they said they couldn’t because I had already entered this room And while I get that, maybe a health thing the room and couch were so dirty that we didn’t make it any more dirty by stepping into it. The blankets that were given for the extra bed were also super old and scratchy. The Internet wasn’t working and our keys to the room stopped working three times while we were there. The one good thing I would note is that the lady who worked at the breakfast was always super delightful and helpful and doing a great job.

The room was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good too! Great location as well. The only not so good thing is the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. But other than that, it was great!

Would love to be able to honestly review my stay but the stay didn’t happen. I showed up at the hotel as scheduled only to find the hotel did not have my reservation. I’m not sure if this was the fault of the hotel itself or hotels.com, but someone messed up. The agent at Comfort Suites would not honor my reservation booked rate and wanted to charge me $100 more a night than what my email confirmed. Needless to say we left and stayed at a hotel nearby.
