Very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room, however, was very disappointing. Very run down. We couldn’t open the curtain in the room, bathroom ceiling was peeling paint, bath tub fixtures had rust. The bed was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good but I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Our room was double booked and we were out in a different room than the one we reserved , which was fine. The room itself was ok. You could smell a previous guest had a dog in there and there were very obvious stains on the chair that was possibly hot chocolate. The bedding and the towels were clean and the staff was helpful and courteous.

First of all, everything about this hotel felt very outdated. The curtains had to be opened and closed using a remote attached to the wall, and unfortunately it was broken. The bathtub also had noticeable brown rust stains, which made it feel unclean. Housekeeping knocked on the door before we left and said they would be cleaning the room. However, when we returned later that night, the only things that had been done were the trash being removed and new towels left in the room. The room itself was not properly cleaned. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. The room needed a lot of work and the bathroom could have been cleaner. This Hampton also charged 3 times what we paid for a pet in MO at a Hampton there. Had to get help to get the internet to work as it wanted me to sign up for something. The staff at the desk made special calls to help me which was nice.
