Originally owned by the Church of England the old railway cottage was built in 1916 to house the workers building the English railway. In 2017 this house was beautifully renovated to an exceptional standard creating a modern spacious townhouse. This beautiful old house stands opposite the old Osney Power Station which was Oxford's first power plant open between 1892 and 1968.

Guest access
Guests will have access to our entire home.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys and call outs, so please be careful with them.

PARKING
Unfortunately no free parking is available. I would recommend checking out 'JustPark' or 'YourParkingSpace' online for cheap nearby parking solutions.

OTHER
Please do not use an Amazon Sellers Account with the use of our WiFI during your stay.

- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the front door, windows and back door
- If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a £100 fee will apply
- Please make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking outside in time for rubbish collection day

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
