Sandy Tales has 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths with an open floor plan and all the amenities you expect from your dream vacation getaway.

The first floor is highlighted by the kitchen; we've stocked it with the tools you need to create the latest culinary masterpiece or your favorite comfort food. It offers gadgets like a griddle and waffle maker to help whip up a hearty breakfast to a blender for mixing up some cool beverages. The dining table seats eight, and the nearby bar stools add three extra seats at the kitchen island.
The living room has a TV with DVR and Blu-ray player and movies. For those wanting some more active entertainment, we've got you covered with games and puzzles as well. On those cooler evenings, the gas fireplace warms you up quickly.

The primary bedroom on the first floor is right off the dining room; it offers a king bed along with its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. If you like to watch TV while cozied up in bed, the room has its own TV and Blu-ray player.

Heading upstairs, we come to a media room outfitted with a 55” TV connected to an Xbox One S. In addition to the provided assortment of games, it also plays your favorite DVDs and Blu-rays. For the younger crowd, there's a kid's corner with a kitchen playset and other toys.

Any kids (and kids at heart) will be sure to enjoy the bunk room with 2 sets of twin XL bunk beds, each with drawers underneath the bottom bunk for plenty of storage. There’s a full bathroom in the hallway too.

The last bedroom (that we like to call the upstairs primary) is a spacious room with a king size bed and has its own full bathroom and walk-in closet.

There’s plenty to do right at the house: take a soak in the hot tub right outside the back door, grill up something on the gas grill, or relax in the chairs and rocking bench on the front deck. The front opens onto Horseshoe Park where you'll find a fire pit and plenty of open space for kids of all ages to run around. Tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts and a playground are all a short stroll away. The beach, indoor pool, and Seabrook town center are just a little bit farther.

If some of your family members are of the furry, four-legged variety, food and water bowls are ready to use, along with doggy towels after their frolicking outside.

Also featured in the home is an air fryer, card table, 4 folding chairs, and a Weber grill.

Sandy Tales is a great place for a get-away to create wonderful memories for years to come!
