Comfy quarters meets an ideal location where you’ll be mere seconds from the indoor pool and large Crescent Park, a 1-minute walk to the Old Stump which is the entrance to the whimsical Gnome Trail leading down to the beach, a 3-minute walk to the downtown shops and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center.

When you enter That’s What Sea Said, you’ll be greeted by a spacious great room filled with natural light where you can feast in the fully-stocked kitchen, play board games or puzzles on the expandable dining table, or cozy up on the couch by the fireplace and binge your favorite show on the Smart TV outfitted with all of your favorite streaming apps. High speed internet and wireless charging throughout the home will keep you plugged-in and a dedicated work space is ready for you, should you need to check in with the office or catch up on email while you remain in relaxation mode. Or forget about work and rock out with the Bose bluetooth speaker. The main floor also offers a roomy primary bedroom (king bed) with an ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs you’ll find a retreat perfect for kids and kids-at-heart. The large media room comes complete with an Xbox and an assortment of games, a Nintendo Switch Dock (don't forget your Switch), and a Karaoke mic for those epic vacation sing-alongs. And don't miss movie night or the big game with an additional big screen Smart TV. While the cozy sectional is perfect for your choice of lounging or building pillow forts, real rest can be found in the 4-person, twin-bed bunk room and guest bedroom (full bed).

Lily Walk Park’s fire pit is a few footsteps away from the back porch, perfect for making both s’mores and memories.
