Where do we begin? The entire 2-day experience was a nightmare. We surprised the host who greeted us in pjs and had no knowledge of our rental which was booked and paid for on April 6th. It was glaringly apparent that they resided there and had to hurriedly clean and leave the premises which took two hours. The rental stated a four bedroom/3 bath rental but we were informed that there were only 3 as the 4th was used as a storage room. There was no available Wi-Fi, no tv and the washing machine was not working. When we requested an iron the owner retrieved it from the storage room but said the ironing board was “buried under stuff” and we could just use a table and put some towels on it as padding. One of the 3 bathrooms was gross so it became a 2 bathroom rental. There was used soap in the shower, the toilet seat was broken. No toilet paper, towels or complimentary toiletries were provided. Thank goodness we brought our own! And when one of our party got locked in the bathroom. 30 minutes later the owner called back and simply told us to “use a knife to open it!”The fridge was full of the owner’s food. The kitchen sink backed up, water was leaking, and we had to wash the dishes in the laundry! We finally heard back from the owner later that night who said we had caused the problem and that they’d be by in the morning. This villa should be removed from your rental listing as it was a blatant misrepresentation of what was advertised. We request a refund.

We don’t get that Villa because VillaWas under contraction so we have to find other villa I hope please return my money back to my account
