Hilbre consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen featuring oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area and sitting area with TV. The bedrooms are two, and iinclude a single and a twin, both with en-suite shower rooms, with a z-bed available on request for the single room, serviced by a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, a rear patio with furniture, and an outdoor shower to the front. A highchair is available on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent. Hilbre is a spacious, disability-friendly base for exploring Trevone and the surrounding Cornish coast. Note: This property ideally suits 3 people if full disabled facilities are required or otherwise can accommodate 4 but please enquire first. Note: Loo roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid, bin liners, tea towels and dishwashing equipment are provided. Note: Additional beach towels and a spare beach robe are available to use. Note: Please enquire with Sykes Cottages regarding the inclusion of Pets which are accepted during the months of January and February only. Please note: The property is decorated for Christmas. Bookings with a minimum duration of 4 or 5 nights are accepted. Please note: The changeover day for Summer bookings is a Thursday. Trevone is a lovely, coastal village resting upon the Cornish shoreline, nearby the bustling town of Padstow. Home to a delightful farm shop, The Well Parc Hotel serving traditional menus, and a sweeping bay, all the essentials are on offer for a self-catered stay, whilst further amenities lie in Padstow. Attractions in the area are plentiful, with Trevose Golf and Country Club a short car journey away, along with Trevose Headland, and the golden terrain of Treyarnon Bay. Head into Padstow to visit the National Lobster Hatchery aquarium, where you can even adopt a hatchling, or take to the water by experiencing a Padstow Sealife Safari, starting at River Camel. Travel south to discover Newquay and its variety of attractions, where you can stroll around the pretty grounds of Trenance Gardens, enjoy a bag of fish and chips before diving into the turquoise waters at Newquay Beach, or visit Newquay Zoo, a haven for animal lovers.
