Plenty of Counter space with large Island bar with bar stools and dinning room table. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace perfect for winter nights with expansive windows and plenty of seating. The luxurious master king suite with large windows and 12' ceilings attached to Master bath with Large walk in closet, double lavatories, & massive custom walk in shower. Perfect for relaxing after a long day or night in downtown. Queen bedroom with large windows, 12' ceilings and closet located across the hall from the 2nd bathroom with tub / shower. 3rd Bedroom is a four seasons sunroom / sitting room with multiple large windows over looking the large courtyard.
