We had a beautiful room and we had a slight room issue, and we told the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to satisfy, and appreciate us for staying. We will always choose to stay at this hotel when we pass through every time.

Great experience beginning to end. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the hotel was clean. Our rooms were immaculate and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the room HVAC smelled a little moldy, which is commonplace.

Hotel & staff were great, my only issue was with the pet fee. I think when booking a pet friendly hotel you should be made aware of the pet fee. $25-&40 is one thing but when we showed up the fee was $60 plus tax. Our dog cost more than a person. I just think one should be informed in advance!
