The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, it’s all good. But breakfast had missing items and no one was there to replace them or clean the tables between customers. Maybe someone was out that day… The employees that we interacted with at reception and cleaning were all great.

The hotel advertised coffee shop/cafe. Bar/lounge and other things they did not have they had a very slim continental bf and the house keeper walked into our room at 944am (checkout 11) without knocking or annouving herself then turned walked out and didnt even apologize

Had to switch rooms. TV & phone didn’t work in the first room. We needed a pet room & it smelled like a pet room. Needs cleaned better. Switched to another room & the toilet clogged & overflowed. Had to go to the desk & get the plunger to take care of myself. And had to ask for more towels, not offered. Breakfast offerings were bad. Sugar all the way. No protein options except for sugar yogurt. Not a good stay. Would not recommend!

The fromt desk lady while not overly friendy, was very accommodating. She provided us a pet free room on the 1st floor rather than the 2nd floor as originally scheduled.

Due to how late we arrived and the front desks demeanor we did not return to ask for a new room. When we arrived our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the bed sheets, the room had a couch covered with some type of hair and stains. The room smelled musty and our allergies were severely triggered. Thank goodness I always have emergency travel cleaning supplies. O was able to Lysol and clean the room enough for us to sleep the night and allergy meds with inhalers for my family. We will never stay here again. The only positive was the actual placement of the hotel. We had multiple choices of shopping and restaurants.
