Perched atop Putt Hill, this single-level condo serves as a strategic link between downtown and uptown, offering the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. Ideal for a tranquil golf course retreat, it provides proximity to local amenities. Whether you crave convenience, breathtaking views, or a serene escape, this space stands as the ideal haven for your getaway. Experience the harmonious balance.

Guests will have contactless check in provided as codes will be sent to them 48 hrs. prior to arrival.

Emergency information will also be provided with check in manual and welcome booklet.

Located between uptown and downtown this apartment is close to local amenities, walking distance to Coyote Moon Bar & Grill. convenience store, liquor store and easy short driving distance to uptown or downtown.

Guest will have access to entirety of apartment space.

Guests will enter this charming condo on the third floor of the complex, with convenient elevator access available. Upon crossing the threshold, they’ll be welcomed by a spacious living area and a quaint balcony, perfect for relaxing. Adjacent to the living space, the fully stocked kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, coffee maker, and an extensive array of cooking essentials like pots, pans, skillets, a blender, and even a muffin tin and cookie sheet.

A cozy cubby space houses a stackable washer and dryer, with laundry supplies provided for 3-4 days.


The bedroom features a full-size mattress—the largest allowed under county restrictions—carefully prepared with soft, comfortable linens. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels for your convenience. Guests can also take advantage of the private balcony and the beautifully landscaped grounds behind the building, complete with a charming gazebo perfect for peaceful moments of outdoor relaxation.

Perfectly situated in town with access to both uptown and downtown with a quick 5-minute drive this condo is perfect for a family get away. Walking distance to local amenities, food, entertainment and more. Just off the Golf Course guests may witness a hole in one from the balcony or choose to show those on the course how it's really done.

As mentioned prior, quick access to uptown and downtown, guests can experience the entirety of Pagosa at a whim.
30-minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area guests can travel through the Rocky Mountains, cross the Great Divide, or hike the many trails available; guests are sure to find adventure lurking around every corner.
Pagosa is located in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and is approximately an hour's drive to other similar mountain towns such as Durango, and South Fork.
Located in the Southwest corner of the state, we are very close to the New Mexico State Line where even more National Parks, trails, lakes and more can be located and enjoyed by all.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.

Very nice property

The condo and location are wonderful. It was quiet and night and the room/kitchen were very well stocked. Our only issue was the small bed (which we knew going in) and the difficulty in getting the bedroom TV to work. It is a Roku system and previous guests had logged into many of the desirable apps so we weren't allowed to get into them. The system needs to be overhauled and the apps left open to the next renters. I tried to contact the after hours number provided in the check in information, but a recording said it was unavailable. I left 2 messages with the main office number but no one called.

Clean condo, great kitchen and nice grounds to walk our dog! Also, a nice little balcony to enjoy a glass of wine and watch wildlife! Our only disappointment was the small and uncomfortable bed. Still would highly recommend!

Pretty nice place

This property, I rate a 4. Clean, apartment-like building, with a functioning elevator. The entry lock to the unit works well. The unit was very clean, everything looking good. There is ample space for two people and a dog. A TV in the living area, and one in the bedroom, are in good shape. The balcony offers a metal table and two chairs, and a nice view. The bathroom has a shower. Water pressure was good. Hot water never ran out. The stove and microwave are in great shape. No problems cooking up tasty dishes. A toaster is provided, and it is a four-slice unit. It worked very well. The refrigerator has ice and water on the door. It works well. The furniture in the living area is in good shape, but cat claw holes in chair top. The AC/heat works very well. The smoke detector and CO detector tested as being in good shape. The bedroom is OK. The ceiling fans, in the living area and bedroom, work well. The area is very quiet. The road to the unit has many, fairly big, potholes. The bedroom lacks a smoke detector. The bed is small, having only a full-size mattress, as detailed in the listing. The size was not good for two medium-sized people. The bathroom does not have a soft-close toilet seat. The freezer part of the refrigerator is very narrow. The stacked washer/dryer unit was OK, but the laundry area closet has the distinctive H2S odor of the hotsprings. No lock on bedroom door. Might not stay there, again.
