Upon crossing the threshold, theyâll be welcomed by a spacious living area and a quaint balcony, perfect for relaxing. Adjacent to the living space, the fully stocked kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, coffee maker, and an extensive array of cooking essentials like pots, pans, skillets, a blender, and even a muffin tin and cookie sheet.
A cozy cubby space houses a stackable washer and dryer, with laundry supplies provided for 3-4 days.
The bedroom features a full-size mattressâthe largest allowed under county restrictionsâcarefully prepared with soft, comfortable linens. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels for your convenience. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.

Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the ownerâs expense.
