**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. For your safety, 4 Wheel Drive/All Wheel Drive or two-wheel drive with accessible chains or cables are recommended for Colorado travel November-May

HOUSE LAYOUT:
This outstanding home is located in a gorgeous valley with rolling hills surrounded by the iconic mountain of Pagosa Springs. Located on acreage, with a pond, and glorious mountain views, this three-story home is a fantastic Colorado getaway. Walking up the front steps leads to ample patio seating with a propane fire pit and unmatched views!

Upon entering the home you are greeted by a beautiful open floor plan of living room, dining room, bar, and kitchen. The bar offers two stools and is characterized by rich wooded elegance. The living room features plush seating and a fireplace-perfect for evening conversations! The kitchen is spacious with clean-cut tile countertops, stainless steel appliances, and amenities galore! The dining room is tucked next to the kitchen with plenty of seating and views out of the surrounding windows. To the right, past the bar, and then down the hallway to the left is a full bathroom featuring a walk in shower. Further down is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Moving past that hallway leads to the main floor bedroom featuring a queen bed, smart TV, reading nook space, and a balcony with seating.

Up the refined staircase defined by custom railing that is reminiscent of 20’s grandeur opens to an open floor living space with another fireplace, plenty of cozy seats for reaching and chatting, and a space with a table and chairs perfect for working remotely! Further along leads to the main bedroom suite featuring amazing mountain views, a king bed, and a smart TV. There is another full bathroom with a shower on this level for your convenience.

The bottom floor features an open entertainment space complete with a twin trundle bed, seating and a smart TV, a workout space, and a full bathroom with a shower.
